Rents are monthly payable in advance as follows:

| Rents are inclusive of Internet (WI-FI), Communal facilities, Kitchen facilities and cleaning of all communal areas. |
Rents are inclusive of an electricity and water allowance per room.
Any excess, as will be shown by the Electricity and Water meters of the Room will be charged extra.
For reasonable use of electricity and water there may not be any extra charge.
For use of Air-Condition (Optional) for cooling during the summer months there is an extra charge.
* A deposit (one months rent) is required, which is returned upon vacating the premises, provided no damages were caused.
